Book an expert, schedule a time and relax while the job gets done at your home by our service partner (expert). You have to tell us exact requirement along with a schedule time that works best for you. Once the client (you) give us final confirmation then we schedule our service parter (expert) according to the same. Our service partner (expert) will arrive at your home and fix the issue. Our customer support team might also call you before the visit and will be in touch until the client issue is fix.
We ( do provide T-shirt and ID Card with company logo and name to our service provider (expert). These 2 things will help you to identify expert.
Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and certified by experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with us. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications. Most of them have more than 8 years of experience in his/her field.
After the booking, he must be reach in 30minutes-60minutes but due to heavy rain or traffic and train or bus strike issue, he can reach in 2hours-3hours.
Rs 250 is the minimum inspection/job charge and includes up to 30 mins of work but the total cost will be depend on work duration and issue.

Note: - Time Spent in getting the materials organised by the specialist from the market will be included in the hours counted.

We operate between 9 a.m to 7 p.m, 7 days a week.
All our rates for services are only for Labor Charges. If you want then we can give you rate with that as well.
Client has to make the materials cost at the time work start to expert. Or client can visit store and bring the materials by himself as per the given materials list by expert.
Client has to pay GST extra apart from services and materials.
We do free service for the same which was fixed by our experts if the client let us know before 48hours of work done. We can not give you surety that we will fix that same issue in the same amount.

Yes, it is advisable for you to be around when the job is getting done. You are requested to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our Service Providers. Company will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.
We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancellation of the service requested.
We at Housexperts understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by Service Providers at your home. However the service providers are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.

Yes, you can but atleast you have to provide your Name, Address, Email & Contact Number by calling, emailling or whats apping. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.

As always, you could choose to pay us by cash after the service. If you are not having cash you can make a payment by transferring money into company account or paytm to us.

The warranty period differs from service to service and is applicable from the date of completion of the service, provided that the full amount for such service has been paid to Company.

In case you have any concerns with the work completed, Company may cause the service to be reworked free-of-cost, provided that such concern raised is bona fide and/or upon Company conducting an inspection, if necessary.
